You can buy cheap areas, such as Turkey or Nigeria, which are cheaper than the United States.

YouTube Premium offers a Family Plan that allows up to 6 family members to share a single subscription. If you can find a family member or friend who already has a Family Plan, you might be able to join their plan and split the cost.
 
Create a few Youtube accounts and use the free trial, month after month. It's not cheaper, it's completely free.
 
I see there are a few apps on the Appstore (or CH play) that help you watch Youtube videos with quality not inferior to Youtube Premium. In fact, either the experience of using YP is worth the money you spend, or using any tricks such as free trial or buying a family share account online, does not bring a complete user experience.

I can help you out with a Nigerian virtual card since YT premium is way more cheaper over here. But for a monthly payment. I do this for Spotify and some other banks too

You could use a VPN to subscribe from a country with a cheap subscription.
 
Some service providers have enhanced region detection technology, which may identify your location through payment method, IP address or other means.
