My apologies for the misunderstanding. I do know of one paid service that I have used and works quite well: Twilio. You can purchase phone numbers for one, sometimes two USD. Messages start at $0.0075 for both sending and receiving, and the price decreases based on use. The prices can be found at the first search for "twilio sms pricing". The prices are higher for sending to countries besides the USA, but are still very affordable. The catch is, this site's features are meant to be used with your own applications, using the APIs they provide. Currently, there are libraries developed for interacting with the Twilio API for Ruby, Python, PHP, .NET, Java, Perl, Node.js, and Salesforce Apex. I understand this may be an inconvenience for you, whether or not you are a developer, for it will take time to make or to find someone to make the program to use these as you need.
