have you had positive experience from such effort? i still have not seen positive serp results from using disavow file except when google hit you with a penalty in your google search console.

even I’m not aware of any other tool which does this but I would recommend gsc too free and effectI’ve, but op are you really sure you wanna do it, cause most or the times it’s not even required and there’s always a probability of your rankings tanking if you do it

To Disavow Bad Links :
Ask to Have Them Manually Removed. The first and best step is to contact the linking websites and have them physically remove your links.
