Could anyone recommend a cheaper ppc network to generate quality traffic for web hosting neche beside adwords and bing?

Have you tried facebook ads?
What cpc you looking for? You can get them below 10 cents with FB...i get around 2-3 cents on my campaigns!

I've tried facebook ads for my past niches, but how can you target such a targeted-campaign in something broad like facebook ads?

But that's whats good about facebook - you got so many people so you can target 'small niche in a small niche' and get good cpc for your conversion.

What is it exactly infolinks, is it search oriented? or content oriented?
 
You can simply use Google AdWords and use the long tail. You can actually push down the CPC a great deal. Try to avoid high cost key words as much as you can. You will certainly get people matching the ads and with a large keyword set the number of clicks start adding up to a big total.

The thing is that there is no high volume of searches for the long tail key words.
I have around 1000 keywords, and only those expensive ones drive traffic. what you think I should do?
 
The cheapest and BEST QUALITY traffic is Google Adwords. I have achieved 1 Cent click on Adwords.
 
Facebook Ads FTW, i got CPC $0.38, pretty high though
never tried Google Adwords, sounds good
 
As someone mentioned above, you can use long tail keywords. Not only with Google AdWords though, but with BING. Setup ClickMagick with a Bing campaign and you'll find exact match phrases.
