Any ChatGPT plugins that are actually good for SEO?

Have you guys found any useful ChatGPT plugins that can be used for SEO, other than just having it write/rewrite content in bulk. I tested SEO Assistant, SEO, and SEO Core AI. All of them are pretty much garbage at this point.

If any of you have found the ones above useful, feel free to disagree with me and show what prompts you've used, since at the moment they produce SEO at the level of my 3 year old son.

Serpstat seo gave me the same search volume as semrush, also didn't found anything more
