Any Camtasia Templates?

I have Camtasia and looking to do video production for small business stuff but my videos come out pretty lame. I know after effects has some templates but I didn't really see many for Camtasia. Any advice on video production I should use for small business short videos?

First record the video using Camtasia then in the movie editing software forward it 2x or 4x which will make shorten the length.
