I think you mean caption spintax (in place of syntax there).

Almost everything you've mentioned is already present in the majority of the tools out there. The only thing that remains, is adding of random audio from Instagram Library. And this feature can also be easily added. You just need a bot provider who offers quick custom modifications as well as per user requests.
