feel sorry for those who think they got scammed. and happy to hear those who got their refund.
imo, serobot was launched way too early as evident by the numerous bugs. but their latest update has been very good. i own a copy and have been able to create campaigns with it. i'm on a win 7 64. all works well and software organizes your links and profiles neatly in groups (social bookmarks, article directories, etc). the software does need a user manual for those who can't figure it out by themselves. and it supports multiple proxies now making the software noticeably faster.
and yes, the support could be better but they do answer your questions. i think it's because they are a 2-3 man shop and can only do so much.
i haven't tried senuke x but compared to the old senuke, serobot is more intuitive and way cheaper for what it can do compared to senuke. with senuke's pricing, i'll take serobot any day. if the developer continues updating serobot i'm sure it'll become one of the top IM tools. but of course, to each his own.

I was really shocked when I saw so many reviews. Its true that they had some bugs, but the last version works perfect for me. Sure they have some problems due to email (aol and hotmail) were changed, but else software works really nice (even they removed that bug in few hours).
Has any of you guys tried early version of SENuke back in the years? If you did, then you would know that SENuke was even more buggier than SERobot at the beginning and its success rate was worse than SERobot's.
Their support is great, Im not sure why some of you had bad experience. I just contact programmer or Tin over GTalk and they always respond in minutes if they are online and help with my problem. They even respect all ideas and will implement them if they find them good.
I bought this software because I believe that they will do a great job in developing this piece of software further. Hope one day it will be like SENukeX and you will scratch your head because you didn't bought it when it was cheaper.

There are obviously differing opinions on the software, and I'm not for/against denying any user the reality of their experience ... but if someone was expecting SENuke right out of the box, THEY should have known better.

However, SEr latest update is the best thing they've done with it to date. Proxy rotation works now - at least it works for me, that is. I'm really glad I haven't spent this WHOLE time since it came out, waiting on updates otherwise I'd also be panting here, like a rabid dog, only seeing what's wrong, asking what's taking so long, day after day ... and after spending the cash on it ...OMG I'd be so frustrated ...
Personally, I've been too busy w/ other things, using SENuke mainly, and every once and a while I check on their progress, and it gets better. They need people to use it and give them feedback so I test the new updates.
It makes my investment that much better every time I test it, because it works better (bought it at $250). I'm also a patient person who loves the movie Shawshank Redemption, so go figure ... lol
While the instructions are a little confusing in spots, if you're familiar with SENuke operations & coding, it's actually pretty easy to work with and *quite* customizable as a toy.
The fact is, it IS getting better. I considered it an investment when I bought it, so anyone here should do the same; otherwise spend your money on SENUke subscriptions. That simple.

Some of people that post here some personal issues. If the thing wont work i would cover my self with crap and clap my self on a head why i bought it.

Yup I tend to agree - those of you that bought a beta version should KNOW it is beta, and by virtue of that it will initially be BUGGY - so stop bleating already!
The latest version has definitely shown signs of massive improvement over the previous versions (interface is more intuitive, proxy support is better, and it's still just as fast) IMHO it now looks like it is on its way to being a contender in the future.
I don't know what your issues are re support either - I have never had a prob getting support on gtalk, and in the forum.
I bought the lifetime license as I thought it had good potential (SENuke was EXTREMELY BUGGY back in the day and look at it now) - so I am holding in for when they iron out the last bugs, and I end up with a piece of software as good as or maybe even better than SENX, that won't cost me an arm and a leg every month.

I read thru this thread and dont really understand why you guys are so upset.

But you seem to forget, the software is new and still beta but getting better with every release.
Software programming isnt like buying and driving a car. Who ever built a bot or programed something knows that and who doesnt runs around saying its a &%$ program.
That for what it is meant to do changes almost every day and you have to fix it. Why do you think SEnuke is updated so often - thats not just because it was cr*cked. Its about site changes, bugs, feature requests...
I use SERobot and it works for me. My requests were solved (< 48hrs) or questions answered - messenger mostly direct - pm/email in a suitable amount of time < 48hrs.
(My timezone is +8 ahead so that was also a problem.)
I also said some critical stuff about it and didnt get banned. The problems were solved and AFTER that the thread was deleted - what I think is ok solved problems are missleading. Mybe they could move such stuff into an extra category...
I know other people (personaly) who are using it, have some problems but it is also working for them to and some who requested AND got a refund without any questioning - I guess the problems here depend on how you act and request a refund...

but i believe in them.. they have collect $300 x 300 = $90.000 so they must re invest the money for the software development.. hope i will smooth like what they promised

the program works for me. and so far, yes there are bugs, but they are constantly working them out. If you read the forums and understood that it was a brand new program, what else were you expecting?
Everyone knew there were bugs, but they keep releasing new versions and are constantly improving on it. This was not a program to buy if you were expecting the refined quality of senuke.
This last version they released works fine for me. Occasionally there are some bugs I have to report, but overall it is an improvement. I am able to post faster than previous versions/updates, and I actually am able to get more accounts created. (For a while there was an ungodly amount of accounts that would not get created).
Bottom line is if your in the market for a perfectly working product that is refined, buy senuke. But if you dont want to have to worry about paying the $150/mo every month for as long as you use the program, and can afford to wait to have bugs worked out of the system, then I say get serobot. They are basically cloning senuke and its a one time fee(at least the last time I checked).
for those of you that got shafted, that sucks. I hope you understand that they are constantly improving on the program and it will take some time. If all else, get your refund and take care

Iam also using serobot, today the software still not 100% working but I hope you understand that they are constantly improving on the program and it will take some time just like senuke, still not 100% up to now. I tried the software today the latest released and I can create account yahoo account, web 2.0, bookmarking, social network, press release , rss feed etc. and my link is posted also
I bought it in beta as well and knew or at least suspected it'd be bugy. I didnt use it then as I still had my SENuke X subscription running.
The reason I bought it was so I could make the one time payment and wait for them to fix the bugs in time but at least I guaranteed my place at a one time fee. Way better option that SENukeX's monthly subscription.
I have yet to try out the new release but believe it'll be bugy as some have said though not to the level of the previous version. I also guess the next update(s) will continue to iron out the bugs so, I am content I made the right decesion to jump on while I could.

Personally i send him an email asking for a refund. He deleted my accounts and stopped replying to my emails.
Then I send him an email saying that if he is not going to give me my money back i will sue him using our corporate lawyers and i will take his home for lost profits.
After 5 minutes he sent the refund!

If SENUke is supported by 10,15,20 programers and 100thausends of dollars and yet they have a lot of issues to solve than how the hell can we expect that 2-3 assholes from tin crue will solve SErobot's issues?
