Any body tried serobot?

Do not buy this.worthless fully

I know it. I have it and want to have money back. I wrote an email to Plimus. However I bought it at the beginning and they might to say something about 30 days money back guaranty. However from sell letter you can read it works!! And it never worked for me. Didn't get any support ever.

Like I said I returned that garbage software and filed a complaint with both Paypal and Plimus to make sure I got my money back. Tin didnt want to give it to me, but ended up giving it up in the long run. What sucks so much is that I *WANTED* the software to work as advertised. Then I find out they paid for the testimonials on Fiverr, and faked a bunch of screen shots on how much money the software made them (I hate when people do this).

All in all, the idea of what the software was supposed to do was good, but as far as actual delivery the software is terrible, and a waste of money. Knowing that they willingly screw customers over I will never purchase anything from them again.

Hey guys I just asked for refund and got this message :
"You will notice that the rules for refunds are as follows:

The refund is only available after we receive detailed information about your error, requested by our support staff, such as screen shots of error messages, log files, detailed descriptions of your actions, file samples, etc.

Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the purchase date for customers who purchased a monthly subscription or lifetime license.

You purchased the lifetime license option on 05/18/2011, and your refund request is dated 05/18/2011. As you will notice, your allowed 30 days to request a refund has passed, and you unfortunately do not qualify for a refund.."

BTW Am I right or they just change their PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND REFUND POLICY which says now:

Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the purchase date for customers who purchased a monthly subscription and lifetime license. Please provide the following information with your request:

Full Name
Email
Date of purchase
The reason for the refund

Please send your request to [here is their email]

There is strictly no refund for customers who purchased a 300$ lifetime license for the SErobot software and also received lifetime VIP membership access to the ************.com website.

Full refunds will be processed in the following cases:

If you accidentally bought the software more than once.
When your credit card was used to place the order without your permission.
When you experience problems using our products which remain unresolved after you have followed our instructions exactly.
When you encounter an error which is preventing you from using our software properly, and we are unable to correct the error within an acceptable period of time." - The problem could never be solved because there is no communication at all I never get answers on my emails. Didn't got any help. It's a box without candy.

So what now? Anybody can help me with that? BTW I lost my V.I.P. status which for me means breaking the contract as well.

i cannot Revile the source of the site, but out of 300 post made on the Serobot , 200 are bug fixed and Refund request. So becareful when makeing that Purchase.

I have seen the People angry to the Owner and asking for Refund.

Last ,DOnt Buy unless there is serious Update on that Product.

From me I stay with Other Tools.

Dude to late. I have that crap. Everybody who have knows it doesn't work and never worked. Now knowing how they treat they customers I would advice to anybody to buy it even if it will be the best software ...in the unspecified future.

Of course you can go for refund by Plimus or PayPal (I chosen PayPal as they care much more about client satisfaction and they trying to keep you safe from any scams (at this moment SERobot looks more from day to day as a scam when they actually can't correct simply bugs (if they fixed something then is big chance that other function won't work))....

I also made claim to ASA so maybe they will have some influence on Plimus on what they selling... (simply ASA should make sure that all informations on website are real and you won't get less than in offer).

Also their 30 days money back guarantee , under buy button you have huger 30 days money back and when you will ask those guys for money back they will say that it is only for monthly payments (best part is that they doesn't have that product on their website, only available is lifetime)...

Yes I did. He wasn't answering my emails until I opened a dispute at plimus.

You can sue him for lost profits if IM is your job.

Its a poor system with poor performance and the interface is weak honestly I dont like it and for the price I truly feel it was a waste but these are my opinions and my opinions oy.

More important than product, software or service you sell is SUPPORT DESK.
And those guys completely don't know about it. They ignore their client.
