As Chano420 mentioned contact with Plimus and complain to them ASAP. That's good point to start.

It's good to always read reviews before jumping in. Most new products trying to beat an existing one always have problems at the initial stage. If the developer knows what he is doing, the problems could be solved and the tool would start working, or else, that would be the end of the software, with no refund available.

ScrapeBoss maybe it will be good software, maybe... in the unspecified future, because we never get answer on: "when". Even if I don't want to have any connection with person who ignore me as a client. Moreover trying to keep silent of dissatisfied customers. If you do not answer on questions and you delete threads that means to me that you have something to hide. Looks like he forgot that there are other ways to inform people who they are dealing with.
I honestly thought that those guys are professional and will take any concerns, problems straight on chest instead banning people on their forum (first they said that they want hear about all problems and suddenly everything overwhelmed them and they just start keep their clients shut by banning on forum...)

Of course you can go for refund by Plimus or PayPal (I chosen PayPal as they care much more about client satisfaction and they trying to keep you safe from any scams (at this moment SERobot looks more from day to day as a scam when they actually can't correct simply bugs (if they fixed something then is big chance that other function won't work))....
I also made claim to ASA so maybe they will have some influence on Plimus on what they selling... (simply ASA should make sure that all informations on website are real and you won't get less than in offer).
Also their 30 days money back guarantee
, under buy button you have huger 30 days money back and when you will ask those guys for money back they will say that it is only for monthly payments (best part is that they doesn't have that product on their website, only available is lifetime)...

PayPal - open dispute -> item not like described or item not delivered (if you bought lifetime then it is integral part, if you bought for 250$ then same if he deleted your access to serobot forum + item not working
)...Don't worry they will refund you without problem.
Or you can go directly to Plimus...
If you live in UK/US you can always rise law suite against those guys...

Is he ??? I thought that he is living in US... If I would know that he is from Vietnam I wouldn't buy that software in first place ever... (90K is pretty much for them, in US I don't think that any one would risk prison for 90K...)
I have to admit that I even had devil thought about put some money onto lawyers to inform all producers of software which you can find in VIP of BHT section and to close down server in altushost.com and make sure that domain will be also closed by "Proxy Inc.", also it is good idea to find out names of those guys by lawyers (they using domains by proxy inc. which will provide their details if they will get court order) and hire lawyer in their country to prosecute them in our name...
I know that it is harsh but they scammed a lot of people and I do not believe that they will produce working software every. I hate that kind of people, especially when they stealing from their own colleagues !!!
If there is more people scammed by those guys please PM, if there will be a lot of people I think I will make sure that they won't scam never again other people from our BH world and make sure that they will spend some jail time...

That makes two of us! I bought SERobot, and it was nothing near what it was advertised to be. I requested a refund, and Tin responded that it was outside of the 7 day refund period, although the main sales page states that the software has a 30day refund period. Tin said that 30 day refund policy was only good for the monthly service, but the monthly service wasnt even available yet!
I filed a complaint with both Paypal, and Plimus, and got my money back within an hour. For anyone looking to buy SERobot, you'd be better off with the following:
SENuke X - $147 per month
SEO Link Robot - $57 per month (a great alternative to SENuke X)
SERobot doesnt work. Lacks in any form of consistent functionality, and the software developers (Steve and Tin) will screw you out of your money in a heartbeat.

I asked for money back but didn't get it. I was ignored. No answer at all. Instead of it after few days I got proposition to buy forum profiles. I am sure he even didn't read my message otherwise I would get ban. All of us should get money back because we payed for working version which never worked. So their money back guarantee could work only with working version. Anybody who ask for money should get them back anytime because this crap doesn't work till now. Beside that they have no rights to ban clients because we payed for that. F***ing thiefs!!! Some police should be of interest in this case.
I forgot to mention that you can't even warn anybody to not to buy it because your message will be delete and you will get ban. They said only 300 users but it's still for sell!!! And they know they are selling crap. This will bite them in the ass.

Maybe we should create a sitewide *DONT BUY SEROBOT - SCAM ARTISTS* thread. Have one here, and at other forums detailing the experiences of those of us who have purchased the software, and were screwed by the developers. To get your money back just file a dispute with Paypal, or Plimus, and they'll get you your money back. Another thing to keep in mind that Plimus has SOOOOO many complaints and returns on record, it shouldnt be very hard to get your refund.
To add insult to injury the reviews that they got for the software were paid Fiverr gigs. They were not true, authentic, positive reviews. The idea that they had for the software was good, but overall the software was a non-working pile of crap, and when you told someone the honest truth about it not working, they ban you. Our only option is to make other forums aware of this.
For those who they ignored the refund request open a complaint with Plimus. I received a refund. Seller responded to my complaint with a copy paste of Plimus conditions (becasue it was a little over 30 days since I bought it). So I responded with the dates of all the emails I send requested a refund. Plimus then gave me a refund.
