mate just saying can't open don't provide solution. elaborate it why you can't open. what's the error message?
i am running it on my Windows 7 64 bit machine. so you heard wrong.
the developer always available on Yahoo messenger with the message "any question on SErobot. shoot me msg" so i guess add him in yahoo for instant support.
now here is my review:
it's still in beta so you can expect the obvious bug. i can see everyday this software is updating while i am opening it.
it's quite fast compare to SEnukeX and submission also faster.
i have both SenukeX and SEO link robot (Lifetime license) but i jumped on this one time offer coz it got massive potential. the forum where they are offering it also have some reputation so you can be sure there are here for long time.
best option is $300 which include lifetime VIP access which i think alone worth the price.
so in a nutshell, it will be an investment if you jump on this one time offer rather than paying monthly subscription later

Nice review... I have heard good things., that's why I emailed twice.. I don't use yahoo, so that's out... I wanted to know about the monthly membership.. I don't like buying lifetimes without a long trial.. I don't mind paying more if it works.. I have senuke x and "like".. But if I paid for the lifetime , I'd be pissed right now...

I totally agree with you. Support really, really SUCKS!!!
I encountered similar behavior with GPScraper, however when I wrote about my dissatisfaction on WF the guy answered to all questions of all people from his forum the same day. Now there is silent again and you can see his activity only on WF, answering to questions for orders.
With SErobot is much worst, because your thread - if is not "RIGHT" - than is deleted. I experience it today. I wrote about my indignation regarded to deleted thread ( I guess it was yours).
In nutshell I wrote something like this : "IMO it is better to be transparent and communicate with customers. You can't close mouth of other and delete threads. We have rights to know when we will be able to use this software with its full functionality, because right now my money and everybody's money who bought this software are frozen. We would like to have some dialog and be answered on our questions."
He wrote that he deleted his thread and gave him ban on BHT because he spammed all over the BHT to be refund. I reply that maybe he did it because never get answer on his messages.
Guess what? I didn't get any answer!!! Instead of that he deleted my thread!! He could work for Chinese government as a censor.
I can wait for working version if I get answers on my questions. Lack of answers and deleting threads is summarized disrespect to customers and can't be tolerate.
If he will delete my account without refund, will bear the legal consequences.

That thread it wans't mine! You are talking about a thread from a guy leaving in UK that he wanted a refund! I read that too!
Mine is another thread asking for a video from admin to show us that the software really works! That happened 4-5 hours before. Now he deleted my account in both bht and sr without a warning or an email. I really can't believe that he is such a thief.

If he will not answer and will not refund you than contact with your lawyer.
I live in Greece! How can sue him because he is a fucking Vietnamese.

SERobot is crap, I bought and I got banned for negative review !!
I got my money back after warning of law suite !!
It doesn't working at all (doesn't saving urls in URL Manager for example), only thing is working in most of cases is account registration... Rest is one big ....
You will see a lot of other users banned for bad reviews (even if they bought VIP lifetime, then they should get their money back without problem as they cancelled contract between them and user)...
