I am getting lots of hits on our website and I am wondering is there any BH tools that I can use to trace the owner/business using the IP address?

Tried who is ip tools but gives too general.

Unfortunately you cannot track a person's details by an IP beside the WHOIS data.

Nope, not possible unless for some reason they are hosting on one of those old business combo lines with hosting + internet access combined from their residential ISP.
