Any better way to submit podcasts?

k so ive created some podcasts for my website and now would like to submit them.. I found this article http://www.masternewmedia.org/podcast_directory/ which gives a list of 83 podcats directories to submit to.

But the process is tooooo slow... is there any better or semi-automated way to do this?

there has got to be an easier and faster way to add podcasts feeds.
