Any beginner guides on email spam?

I would forget about spamming, it's a hard thing to do, can get you in trouble and not rewarding if you don't know how to do it (and it seems you don't). I'd rather scrape targeted emails in a way or another and use those emails to create a lookalike audience for FB ads. Make a landing page and throw traffic at it, your message is delivered to people all the same, it doesn't matter if it's not via email. It's actually better, because they want to click and see what's all about.

Seriously, all this time, I thought email spam was one of the least blackhat methods out there. Now apparently, it's worse than scamming people or something. Can anyone explain rationally why this is worse?

I'm from EU and I would personally sell digital assets, let's say. No websites, no phishing, no scams, no cpa etc. I would just attempt to sell domain names. What do you think of that?

Short version to sending email to non optins;

Can't use deceptive subject lines..
Can't play around with header info - ie; reply to and from
Must provide a way for them to unsub from your marketing.
Identify message as an ad
Must use your legit address in the footer

That's the short version.
