Their are two popular programs that do this. One is called Multiposter which has being around for about 3-4 years and is found at extremecoderz.com and costs about $15.
The second is called Themaposter and costs $30 and is around over a year and found at poster.freddy.lt

Both offer lifetime updates and are updated regularly and come with good support.

They are pretty similar. Multiposter is generally for more advanced users due to the way you use it and the features and functions it has while themaposter is generally preferred by newer uploaders and posters. They both help with registering (you will manually have to verify your email where required), creating topics, queueing topics to post, have good speed, have captcha capabilities and random question detection and pretty much everything you want. To post on hundreds of forums you have to enter the details of the forums. Both programs aid in this and both also have templates of sites you can use. As Multiposter is older and due to the way the templates work they are easier to find for free for example on wrzc.org while you can also find templates for Themaposter you generally have to pay additionally for them.

Besides these two their are other free alternatives but these aren't as good and the price of eiher of the above paid options is well worth it in comparison to the features and support of the free versions available.

    Hope this helps.

The following is part of the PM reply I sent to you after you asked me more questions:

I think for an Autoposter you should check out Multiposter which costs £15 (English Pounds which is about $18-20 at a guess). It's coded by a nice guy called Jayfella and he owns the site extremecoderz.com
That site has a support forum but you can't really ask questions until you buy it so if you've questions you want to ask he also owns adminspot.net which is a webmaster forum. He has a topic on that site where you can ask questions before you buy it.
