Any AT&T Uverse Internet Users? EXTREMELY Slow Speeds.

Does anyone else here use AT&T Uverse for internet? I'm paying for 25 mbps however my speeds slow down immensly after 10 PM. Here is my ping, download, and upload speed sitting less than 5 feet away from the router, on wifi.

I just installed it for a client. They let you believe it's fiber optic, but what we got is DSL. It's fiber optic to about 500 feet away from the building, and then it's two copper wire DSL line from there. Your ping is horrible. If someone on your network is doing P2P filesharing (porn), then your speeds are going to crater.

I wish that P2P filesharing was the issue, however it's just AT&Ts shitty service. Even when I seed during the daytime, I can get faster speeds. It's just once it gets to around 10 PM, everynight, my speeds drastically slow down.
