Any apps where I can post gigs for free?

I need a certain app where I can post gigs to so members can complete the tasks for me.

It must be FREE to post. (I will pay the members though for tasks completed.)

It can be a website or an app. No Fiverr or Craiglist please.

I want people from the united states only.
