Any android App developer who can recompile an app

I have a camera app i am sick of the damn cloud shit .. everytime there is an alert i have to wait for the ad to play before i can click to access the camera i PAID for .. i looked into code and it make some connetions to eye4.cn etc i need someone to remove all that code .. i would rather pay someone than sign up to thier cloud and still have shit going overseas . Can you do it ? Please only message me you have done something like this before .. i tried some fdroid apps but didnt get too deep into it .. if you can do it i will pay 35 $ via paypal ff .

You can just install and use NextDNS on your phone to #1 block ads and trackers #2 block the cloud service domain.

This way you can also maintain updates functionality to the app, as if you've recompiled it you won't be able to receive updates anymore.
