Depends on amounts you spend - I might be able provide you with REAL debit cards , not virtual cards like entropay. They work everywhere, since they are legit cards from legit banks. no AVS, no limits. USA banks.
I'm running a pilot project with couple big affiliates and they are in love with a service. It comes with a higher price then entropay or other bigger players tho.
And I will only accept wires from registered businesses, no b2c here. We want to keep those BINs for as long as possible.
So it only will make sense for you if you need cards that are not VCC, from US Banks and you ready to pay for that
