Any Alternative to mailchimp ?

I just send emails to my clients, only 2500 email per month. But mailchimp told me that there was to many complain ( according to them a 1.8 % ) .
What alternative do I have ? thanks

If your complaints are to high, then I recon you should sort that out rather than going to another EMS otherwise the problem will follow you. Do you use a double opt in system with your clients?

Do you think that double opt in is really important? I find it a real PITA as some people I target are very dumb. Smart enough to open an email and see a news letter, but many times don't really understand they should click that link on the email in order to receive the newsletters, they don't even pay attention to that email! So once in a while I received a text message or a phone call asking why they haven't been receiving any info on the products... :frusty: Some people are dumb as fuc*! And that isn't so bad, as many of them I can contact through text messages or cell phone, the problem was with new contacts, I didn't know if those persons were no longer interested so they didn't complete the double opt in, or if they just missed that email or even if they didn't understand that they had to do the double opt in...

I guess double opt in can either be a good or a bad thing depending on the point of view and on the type of persons you target.

To the OP, well you could try Contactology, but if you continue with lots of complaints or hard bounces they will do the same Mailchimp did. No one wants to risk their business for your email marketing campaigns!

The problem is that most people are retard. Is a reall list, with reall client that decided to receive an email. Plus, 1,8 % from 2500 is only 45 idiots, is that to much ? I mean, how many average idiots are for every 2500 peoples ?

try send grid

mailerlite worked fine for me. they only asked me once where the mails are coming from and activated my account without any further questions

try constant contact, but try to use your good list on first few campaigns then you should be fine..

Just read your second email, did you mean to to say retail? however they are not retarded or idots - it's how you deploy your campaigns to get high conversion rates. Of course if you send out a bad campaign not following email best practice guide, you'll get complaints.
