Any alternative (except Payoneer) to withdraw money from Paypal ?

Hi!

I have a "verified" paypal account with Skrill CC.
Is there any way to withdraw this money ?

I tried to add my payoneer account, but paypal doesn't accept the US Payment service anymore for EU customers.
Is there any safe method (VBA, VCC, etc.) to send this money to my skrill/payoneer card or a service which also offers physical reloadable card ?

Will it work with EU paypal ?
I added my skrill card, but I can only withdraw funds to a bank account.

Edit, they FAQ says:

Can I fund my Bancore with PayPal?

Currently there is no possibility to transfer funds from your PayPal account to your Bancore account directly.

Hi,

you can pick a vcc from your local bank and withdraw funds from your paypal to a bank account

can you exlpain for me is your country accepted by paypal or not ?

My bank account was linked to my old paypal which was suspended.
If I add the bank account I think they'll link my new paypal to the old account and suspend it too.

So open a new bank account if your going to use it a lot its worth it.

Your asking the impossible pretty much its a bank thats needed not a card but a BANK so you will have to open a BANK account.
