Hey there. Any other SEO or marketing agency owners on this board? Would be sweet to network with some like-minded people and share some ideas.

I'd propose some elementary rules as well:
  • No begging for leads
And that's about it.

Even if I'm the only employee in my agency, I have some rules too:

- be confident, there s always money in the market for you to get it, but you won't be able to do it with a scared cat attitude
- whether you're outsourcing or selling your own services, make sure there is value in it so you don't deal with doubting yourself later
- offer something free, a free hand offered to a client can bring you a big money deal

Wise words, I'm running a one-man agency as well. The last point is essentially my whole lead generation system.

I run an International Agency (not local because my country would not support my costs - No India, tho).

Niche: Fitness > Sub: Bootcamps and Gyms

Team: 3 individuals (including me)

Current project? To get 150 new clients to a Team of 3 trainers in a South American city.
-- How? Branding, Intent-Based content and Ads > ManyChat DC Bot.

Nice to meet you all - we should create some type of FB Group and support each other!

Marcos.
