So I'm creating my first Affiliate Program & I want to do a commission that I'm finding to be unique. Basically I cannot find any program that tracks what I need.
The product is an ecommerce platform with a twist... Do any of you have a recommended program that supports a commission as follows:
- Initial Commission on new signups to service (payouts on these are standard... here comes the kicker)
- then a rev-share commission on any SALES the new signup account (i.e. the account under the affiliate) makes
This is different than commissions on recurring purchases from a repeat buyer... this is commissions on recurring sales from someone who signed up to the ecommerce platform from an affiliate's efforts.
Is this something I should build in-house?
Any recommendations are HIGHLY appreciated.
