Any advice to find affiliate marketers ?

So I have an online shop with merchs in a specific trending niche and I have been looking for people to promote it (through YT, Tiktok short content mainly) and be part of an affilliate program so they get a cut of my sales.

I've been trying to find marketers through :
- CV database : Slow and low quality prospects.
- Indeed : Same, people were mostly looking for an office job.
- Direct contact with content creators : Emailing them has had a good ROI but unfortunately YT has a set amount of emails we can see per day, and it's not many.

I'm considering Reddit as well as it proved itself rather useful in the past when it comes to reach, but haven't done it yet.

Is there anything you would recommend to reach out to people who would be interested ?

From what I've seen here, there are a lot of affiliate programs who reward the marketers on trafic, that's not something I've considered because in my niche it would de difficult to convert IMO... But I'm open to suggestions.

It turns out to be more complicated than I first thought... I was thinking giving people a 10% commission on every sales was a good enough incentive to draw people in considering that the only thing people already posting content in the niche would have to do is a "copy-paste" of their affiliate link...

I will look around for the different affiliate networks there is... The two mentioned above don't seem too cheap, over $600 sign up fees for ShareaSale, that's a sizeable amount for just being allowed to access their affiliate network, and that plus the commissions they take afterward, it would take a substential amount of sales to breakeven.
To top it of, I hardly understand what they are talking about half of the time on their website, so at first glance, it seems expensive and complicated... Maybe it's because they offer a wide variety of "tools" or "solutions" I'm not really interested in, I only want people to copy paste my link and get paid when they generate a sale, it should be a pretty straightworfard App.

My best option might be to keep working hard on getting content creators (from every social media) to become affiliates... I do have something in mind (a considerable perk) for the affiliates but that will be for next year, so not sure if I should mention it already or not... It could be a way to draw their interest though so I should put more emphasis on that, alongside the rewards for top performing affiliates.

Forums and marketplaces are a good idea too, I will definitely check them out.
