Any advice on my PBN (Value decreasing)

I have a PBN I have been told multiple things but when I link to another site am I losing power? If I am should I have a set limit to how many links I am pushing out? and does this include the number of domains? like can I link to 1 domain 100 times without affecting the value as much as linking to 100 different domains once? I am low count poster so couldn't post in proper area, please help! thanks!
