My friend had a domain with named TopSERankings I just wanted to know that how can I check its expiration ?

And please also let me know that how can I pay renewal fee for next 10 years ? is this okay if I pay 10 years payment ?

Search in Google: Domain Names & Identity for Everyone (Hopefully, you will find a site that called whois). sorry, i can't put link in comment.
search your domain name in whois site. After complete searching, click the Whois text link (blue color). Then you can see, when that domain will expire.

Only that person can renew domain, who bought the domain / who have access in domain provider site. Example: if anyone bought a domain from Godaddy, you must need the Godaddy's account username, password and all information for renew domain. That's it.

If you think, you can run the site 10 years, you can renew.

First of all for the whois information.

You can use whois.sc/topserankings.com (ie. its expiry date is: 2015-09-24)

Registrar is Godaddy

for the question of renewal for 10 years. Its a good approach to register your domain name for 10 years. specially for a SEO factor, yes.

Pay Godaddy the renewal fee and you are all done.

look up his domain name 'url' in a domain registrar, and try to register the domain, should tell you when you can renew it if he doesn't, that's the expiration, just a tip

IMHO, this domain is not good as you did so

You can check the expiration date on http://www.internic.com. The term for a domain is 1-10 years. If the domain was not expired, 9 years will be the maxmium of renewal team.
