Hello BHW community,

I am in need of some guidance and hopefully some of you seasoned veterans can help me out.

I've been working tirelessly on my e-commerce website since 2017, and I really honed in on my niche about four months ago. It's a competitive market, but I see potential as others in the space seem to be doing well.

So, let me give you some details:

  1. My website boasts around 40 blog articles which tackle relevant keywords, and I have about 500 products listed.
  2. SEO scores are high and I have well-defined schema.
  3. I've accumulated around 350 domain backlinks, mainly manual, some of which are of high quality, like a link from The Guardian (acquired via a 301 redirect from another domain I purchased).
  4. Social media is up and running with almost daily posts.
However, despite all this effort and strategy, my organic traffic is almost non-existent, sitting at between 0-5, and on a good day, 10 visitors. It's been months since I've made a sale, and it feels like my website is a store in the middle of the desert.

What can I do to increase organic traffic? I can't afford to spend thousands of dollars on Facebook ads just to receive a few post likes.

I am open to all suggestions and advice. Do you think there's a crucial element I'm missing? Or maybe there's a different approach I should take?

Any help is truly appreciated.

Focus on building a brand, BRANDING is very important in e-commerce.

High competitive e-commerce niche is difficult to crack without deep pocket to spend on ads.

Look into other traffic sources UGC platforms like social media, forums.

If you don't have money to spend on ads invest your time to build your brand, your following & subscribers.

You can hire VA's to scale the process as they don't burn your wallet and are affordable.
