But if you talking in a more general sense about cloaking together with ads and blackhat advertising, then you mostly learn through trial and error or check what other people are posting. Every niche is a bit different, so you can learn what other in your niche are doing. Checking FB ads library or using spytools is also a way to learn.

Also keep in mind that cloaking is only one piece of the puzzle, you also need compliant ads copies, ad texts and good quality ad accounts for your campaigns to be active.
