Any Advanced Tools/Methods How to Search Facebook Groups?

Hello, I'm looking for any paid or free tools or method that can search groups. I just need to find groups with big amount of active US and western countries. How do you guys do it? Any idea appreciated, thanks Doing it manually on FB does not seem very effective, but maybe there are some tricks, how to do it more effectively.

google for facebookfplus, this tool has amazing parser/scraper. Its vietnamiese so first thing you need is to find language switch button at the upper right corner ) Its free for the first 7 days, than 6bucks/month

Hello I tried facebookplus, but it seems parts of it are still not very well translated and I just do not know how to get the data I need from it. I just need to add keyword and get all the facebook groups with such keyword sorted by size. i added one super broad keyword which im sure must be hudnreds of groups and it only found 106, which seems extremely low.

Ninja Blaster can target by keyword and size. I don't know what tool could possibly check the location of each group's members so it can tell you if it's mostly tier 1 or 2. What I found though, is that accounts created on USA proxies will find firstly the USA groups. So I guess, that is a way to target traffic.

Thanks for the tip about USa proxies, will do it this way. I'm gonna use mass planner, seems their tool can it also and I have pretty cheap licence there. Could not find anything better for reasonable price.
