Been searching in the link building marketplace to no avail. Seems like most sellers don't accept the adult niche. Does anyone know of any sellers or have a recommendation? Any help is appreciated.

Good luck finding any services like that on here. You are going to have to build them yourself. SEO in the adult niche is horrible why would you even want to pursue it?
