Sorry, I missed your message. Push works best for me but you can check the ad inventory on their websites with volumes and rates so it should be a good starting point. I recommend using their in-house tools to segment your traffic. Do you have an update?

I really recommend you to use your own banners, if you use the ones provided by them you are really benefiting your provider.
