I'm also interested in a 3D artist. I know that the rendering times can be very long, and that CGI is expensive in general; but I want a reasonably priced person to pop up out of the blue (we can all dream, right?).

You always have to pay for quality, and I don't have a problem with that! If you're an amazing artist and can prove it, feel free to PM me.
