Any 20gbps servers you guys use?

Hey everyone!

I'm looking for a dedicated server provider (not AWS/Upcloud/Linode or "mainstream" providers) that

1) Has 10/20gbps ports in Chicago/New York
2) An API that can be implemented to create/clone/stop/start server
3) Only charges when the server instance is online
4) Option to configure the server CPU and Ram (Up to 32CPus and 64GB of ram)


Anyone know any?
