Looking for cheap hosting to host my mini network sites. Intend to host 1 domain at 1 hosting company. Btw is hosting company offering the seo hosting C Classes IP good? can they leave a footprint of all the networks by using them?

Thanks but I believe they give different C classes IP sequentially which does SEO no good if I am building networks

Edit: oh yes, sure I can buy just one hosting thru them :) thks Ok 9 more cheap hosting companies to go, anyone?

That is correct. However, always keep note that hosting providers who provide more than 1 C class IPs are usually used by people for their blog networks. As such, around 70% of the deindexed blog networks are hosted by these hosting providers. Coincidence? I don't think so.

http://zensix.com is good if you want really cheap hosting.

If you want good SEO hosting I'd go with http://arctichosting.com.

EDIT: Actually it looks like ZenSix doesn't have their $10/year hosting anymore so I'm not sure if they count as a "really cheap" recommendation.
 
We have hosting plans w/Cpanel starting at $1/mn - $5/mn
 
I wouldn't suggest $2/month hosting. It won't be of good quality, especially for SEO services.
