Yeah, that's true, but the fact is that it's already come down to $7.2 from $9.3 the other day.
I think he refers to China's own ETH, because it is a copy (i think) and China is invested into making their own ETH separate from the original, which is ANS or soon, very soon to be NEO. Mind this, China made BTC what it is today, you can see the same move being done with ETH as well having known already they are slowly investing in their own ETH, when they all decide to go boom on it when it gets rebranded into NEO, we should expect a nice price.
It's game of luck at the moment dude, but if you ask me I would wait 1 or 2 more days the price to drops down. BUT don't take my advice seriously, do what you think its best for you. Because you may lose a lot of money...
