Antivirus testing before posting links

i believe that anybody who posts software or links to software without testing with either virustotal.com as a minimum should be deemed to be responsible for that software and that there should be a minium sanction put in place, what does the forum think of this ??????

I think this should be in the feedback section but I completely agree with it. I don't dl much anymore but when I do, I'm sick of getting viruses.

who's volunteering to check files that get uploaded? remember just how many files we'd have to do (people will rarely do it themselves...)
