Scroll the FYP. For every video ask yourself "Is this something my target demo would watch/like" If no, make sure at least 5 seconds have passed, long press, and select "Not interested"
If yes, make sure to click nothing until the last 1-2 seconds of the video. Pause. Like. Share<copy link. Repost. Write a 7-12 work comment that is relevant to the video.
Do this for 10-20 minutes before posting a video and 10-20 minutes after. Once the After scroll is done, complete exit the app for at least 1 hour. Repeat.

Generally, Tiktok's current take on their "safety and civility" policy means that ragebait and generally aggressive toned content and comments get moderated more. While you can still grow those type of accounts, they are at greater risk.
