Anti Flagging Script for CL Needed

Looking for a veteran developer who can create an anti-flagging script that will run with my ads on CL. What this script will do is prevent users from flaging/deleting my ads that run on CL. Must run on IE a big plus if it can run on any browser.

Their was a script like this already released on this forum but I heard it no longer works because CL caught on.
