Anti-fingerprinting and Anti-detection and tracking system

Any gurus out there that have worked on any anti-fingerprinting and anti-detection systems that by-passes majority of fraud detection systems? Needs to have unique fingerprinting capability for every request, proxy connection/IP spoofing, the full 9 yards, anyone with AI based bot development capabilities as well is an added plus, looking for lone term association.
