So is there a tool for an outsider to watch a website ip list? So if i was big brothering a website to see how many people were currently viewing a page, Is there a way from the outside to see what ip's are viewing a page in realtime? Or even further like port monitoring etc.

Hire a hacker and install "Piwik" on the target site. And you are done!
But i wonder...That's going to take a lot of money, money and money !

Eventually, if you can post an image on the website (forum, blog..), you can have some traffic stats. But if not, you can't...

Simply, post images on the website and it will catch the traffic.
