TED Talks ( hxxp://www.ted.com is a great site. I make a visit a few times/year to listen/read quality stuff. I certainly do not like all speakers, but did find some gems many times.

TED is not junk like the wan-a-be guru s*hi*t that are infesting Internet Marketing.
