If you create any specific H2 by answering that questions on the featured snippet, you will have a chance to be featured there. Another way, you can create a FAQ section at last part of your article to answering questions on the featured snippet

From my experience, the position on the page doesn't really matter,
If you want a better chance, you'll have to use the FAQ schema for each question answer, use h2 or h3 headings, include the keyword(s) in both the question & answer and do write smaller paragraphs that can easily fit into the snippets

Yes. Give priority to answer for H2s . But don't be end the answer at single lines. Give appropriate answer for that. Also include answer for H3s, it improves the result of feature snippet.
Thanks! Does putting the answer in the first few lines of the article work? This means putting the answer right under the H1 instead of under a H2

Mate, we can't create a page only for targeting feature snippet. H1 is must needed at beginning when creating a page.
