oh well,Its been a long time since i read about the updates coming but still no new updates,are we getting the promised free updates and features sir?
Like its been more than a month since you said we will be getting those features but doesn't seem we're getting it.

we are probably not, its a shame because a lot of good software goes this way. should have seen it coming when the op put the sw on flippa.

Did you guys read above where he said that 2.0 is being worked on and will contain all the upgrades you guys are bitching about? And where did you guys get that AA doesn't have any support?? I had over 7 problems in the past year that i've owned AA and the support has been better than any other software i've bought.. My tickets have always been responded to same day, sometimes within an hour. Even using VM to solve the problem quicker in some cases. Rick has always done a stellar job when it came to customer service & answer questions.. overdelivering in many cases. You all need to cut the AA team some slack, I have a feeling 2.0 is going to exceed all our expectations. Hell, the new addition of a scheduler is going to make the system practically on autopilot.. and i'm sure there is a lot more features coming in 2.0 to look forward to.

How can this be a joint venture and expansion pack of answer assault? The company who sold me answer assault several months ago was rockong ventures. The emails I got for payment and download information was from rockong ventures. I can prove that.

This is the longest wait for an upgrade I can remember. I think the first message for V2 to arrive said it was happening in January. Why mess about joining up with rivals if it really is a rival. Answer Assault has never worked properly since it was released. Some parts of it will work if you want to sit and nurse it for the day. Dont even think of leaving it to run then going out beacuse it wont be running when you get back. I didnt take up the deal to "upgrade" my AnswerAssault to Answerswipe. I just want Answer Assault to work as it was promised.

I agree with your view. it was not automated like promised, i think its way to late for a refund, it looked real promising, but this software is dead in the water! no updates for months, Missed deadlines, not the way to operate i think the op may have run out of funds or is not devoted to this project. He tryed to toss it on flippa at one point, that should say everything.

I bought AnswerSwipe and most of the features seem to work except for the Post Questions / Answers tab. When I try to post a question it tells me "Failed to Post Question".
The answers works. I can search for keywords and pull up the questions and answer them directly from the program, but, I can't ASK QUESTIONS. That's the main reason we wanted it to ask questions and answer within the same program.
We bought this 3 weeks ago and we need some support. We have tried contacting through the website and we can't get a hold of anyone.
Who can we contact? We need support for this Answer Swipe and I would like to get the functionality of Posting Questions(as was advertised) that I paid for.

I've read through the whole thread but don't understand the difference between Answer Assault and Answer Swipe except that Swipe is faster.
Could someone help me with understanding the differences? I think Assault is priced higher so does it have more features?
