Any VCC vendor recommendation for Canada/US? Lastcard was also my main go to for VCC but now it doesn't work anymore :(

There are still many vendors in the marketplace on bhw,
Besides,they maybe winding down due to other reasons besides capacities to issue new cards
 
On which platforms those VCC could be used?

Any updates on this? Seems like privacy.com needs an SSN.
