i did not make any of them and my card with me no trust at all

maybe your card was cloned somewhere, either at an ATM, in a shady restaurant, shop etc.
or you have a keylogger on your machine and someone accessed your account without you knowing

anyway, change your Payoneer password from a different machine and you should contact Payoneer ASAP, so they can check what's happening exactly and if your card was cloned, they can disable that and issue you a new one
