Try medialab's SG3xpress for SiteGrinder3 (photoshop to wordpress). It works great if you're used to design in photoshop, plus it takes a lot of steps out of the whole process. The learning curve is somewhat steep, though, but nothing you can't handle if you already create mockups and designs within PS. Check it out here:

    Code:
    http://www.medialab.com/psd-to-html/sg3xpress-wordpress.php
Also take a look at the sg3xpress examples in the videos section.

Hope this helps others as well.

There is a really good online service that works just like artisteer
I can't add links just try "cool template"

It really does an amazing job. I have artisteer and use it, but this is practically the same thing--and it's free!

Well, in my humble opinion design always should be done trough photoshop or/and illustrator, when it comes to coding currently Im using "Sublime text 2" which is FREE and works like TextMate :)
