Damn, he is a savage. There is no counterplay to pee party.

If these negative links are coming from blogspot comments, disvow whole blogspot domain in search console

Just add domains containing them inside your disavow file and you’ll be good.

If those links are spammy sites, its better to disavow them, it can cause trouble in the future.

BUT - don't pay too much attention and build quality links and content and take it as a little acknowledgement.

Keep track of links in search console and disavow such links. You can easily use scrapebox - "anchor text checker"
Export the list of backlinks from search console and use bulk anchor text checker to find these spammy links.

One of the few areas where Google is doing a great job is preventing dirty tactics like this from working. You can relax. Negative SEO should not affect you in any way. Well, other than knowing that someone out there is putting extra, unpaid work to unsuccessfully try and sink you.
