another short call for my favorite geeks :)

guys I need your help ( for experienced ) wordpress/mysql/php folks

so ... I`m trying to import a large database of blog posts , the posts what I`m trying to import into wp fresh install are into csv file ( like 20mb ) .
After upload into wp_posts the posts aren't showing into dashboard of wp , also aren't visible when direct link visit it's used ... how I can make the posts to appear in site ?

I was trying all the plugin / scripts found from google none works for me , hosting this site into vps from dreamhost everything else works except that

if anyone can craft me a mysql command to run to can make this posts to show in site please do it .

Is this a site you've moved from somewhere else? Or just external posts your trying to import? Only saying because if it's a site move, prob something that's different is causing an issue - domain/full path/db credentials/wp version? Have you checked all the basics?

checked all the base stuffs , I managed to fill the db on temporary environment but unfortunately when I try to fire up the live one ... nothing works like was supposed to do , anyway I think my only solution at this moment it's to spend few hundreds into the pig plugins damn it .
