Hello, this is not about Ebay, but about Amazon, but my story can relate to Ebay, I'll post here.
Recently I've been able to locate a whole seller from China who sells cables.
I got a bunch, started selling on Amazon.ca.
Another seller sent me a message saying that he "owns" the EAN (bard-code) that I am infringing IPR (intellectual property rights? really?)
I read the message couple of times and it is really a garbage. Therefore I want to report this seller and the message to Amazon.ca for false threatening.
1. This seller is threatening me and the information provided is false. Products are not branded under the name provided.
2. This seller altered the original picture and placed his logo with his own trademark symbol. This link shows the original packaging. (http://www.amazon.com/ADVANCED-CONNECTOR-certified-upgrades-devices/dp/B002BUAS04)
3. Intellectual property rights on a physical product? really?
Anybody has any insight on how to go about doing this?
Any input will be appreciated.
