So tell me if patience are in order or is there something snafu here? I bought it yesterday at noon. Received activation email at 1pm. Tried running the program, still didn't say activated. Requested activation again, nothing. Emailed support, nothing. 3 am the next morning, received a refund... wth??? 5 am (2 hours later) I repurchased. As of now, 6am the next day (two days after original purchase) no second activation email, no second refund, no communication from support at all. Is this a normal situation? How can I find out status if the support emails go unanswered?
